Frequently asked questions
What does a free consultation include?
A 30-minute call or visit where we look at your current technology and marketing, answer your questions, and suggest practical next steps. There is no obligation to buy anything.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes — most of our clients are small and growing businesses, schools, SACCOs and organisations. We size the work and the cost to what you need now.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Nairobi?
We are based in Nairobi and work with clients across Kenya. Most support is done remotely by phone and WhatsApp; installations are done on site.
How do payments work?
Projects are paid in stages agreed in the proposal, and monthly services are billed monthly. We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer.
Can you take over a website or system someone else built?
Usually, yes. We review it first and tell you honestly whether to improve it or start fresh.
