- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for.
- To send you our newsletter, if you signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We rely on your consent (forms, newsletter), on steps you ask us to take before a contract (quotes), and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored in NevtechCRM, our own customer system, so our team can follow up. We use trusted providers to run the website, email and chat, who process data only on our instructions. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we work with you and as required for accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
You have the right to be told how your data is used, to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use, including for marketing. To use any of these rights, email info@nevtechzone.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) of Kenya.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are backed up every night.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
